到今年，爱立信公司开展在华业务已有117年的历史，在中国研发领域的投入已连续九年以每年30％的速度快速增长，而中国目前也已成为爱立信在全球范围内最大的消费市场。因此，坚持寻找并培养中国本地人才，已经成为爱立信员工的全体共识。目前，在爱立信中层管理者中，中国本地员工比例已达到了90%以上；而在高层管理者中，也有50%以上的人才来自中国。

上海公司实习生职位空缺：
Intern for Software Design / Tester
Responsibility:
Ø Work with leading edge technology design (design documentation, coding in Assembly language, or C/C++ and/or Java), writing test specification, test software and perform function test for GSM/GPRS and WCDMA systems, by following development process and supervision and support from experienced staff.
Ø Handle Customer Adaptation or Product Maintenance work when needed, performing trouble-shooting of customer problems.
Ø Ensure the functionality of software module by performing both test design and test execution with necessary support.
Ø Prepare test specification, execute test case, issue Trouble Reports and follow up Trouble Report status with support.
Ø Other activities related to testing, such as test tool design, process design etc.
Requirements:
Ø University students with on-goingBachelor or Master Program in any of the following: Software Design, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
Ø Hands on experience on Assembly language, or C/C++ and/or Java.
Ø Knowledge of Solaris Platform and Operating system is an advantage.
Ø Familiar with Rose Model, understand UML concept and RUP process is preferred.
Ø Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit.
Ø Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly.
Ø Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks.
Ø Innovative and solution thinking abilities.
Ø Open minded and willing to take any challenge.
